We are looking for a courteous and professional Waiter/Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and present menus.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back after meals are served.

• Set up tables with linens, silverware, and glassware.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas.

• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.

• Assist in billing and collecting payments.

• Follow all health and safety regulations.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and other staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Steward is preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

• Presentable appearance and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
