Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

  • मेहमानों का शिष्टाचार के साथ स्वागत करना और उन्हें बैठने में सहायता करना

  • मेन्यू समझाना, ऑर्डर लेना और सही समय पर सर्विस देना

  • भोजन एवं पेय पदार्थों की सही प्रस्तुति सुनिश्चित करना

  • टेबल सेट-अप, कटलरी, क्रॉकरी एवं ग्लासवेयर की सफ़ाई व उपलब्धता बनाए रखना

  • रेस्टोरेंट/बैंक्वेट क्षेत्र में स्वच्छता और हाइजीन मानकों का पालन करना

  • मेहमानों की शिकायतों को विनम्रता से सुनना और वरिष्ठ को सूचित करना

  • POS सिस्टम/ KOT का सही उपयोग करना (यदि लागू हो)
