Waiter

Job Summary:

The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers politely and present menus.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.

• Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.

• Check on guest satisfaction during service and respond to additional requests.

• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

• Handle billing and cash transactions as required.

• Follow all restaurant service standards and safety protocols.

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a waiter (hotel or restaurant preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality with good grooming standards.

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverages.

• Team player with a positive attitude.
