Waiter

416 Pasta Bar is a modern pasta and café concept focused on handmade pasta, great coffee, good food and warm hospitality. We are looking for enthusiastic and professional servers to join our opening team.

### Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide warm, attentive service.

• Explain the menu, ingredients, pasta dishes and beverages confidently.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS.

• Make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations and practice suggestive selling.

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to 416 standards.

• Maintain clean, organized and properly set tables.

• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar and other service team members.

• Handle guest questions and feedback professionally.

• Understand and communicate dietary requirements and allergens accurately.

• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning and general restaurant operations.

• Support teammates during busy service and contribute to a positive team environment.

### What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of restaurant, café or hospitality experience preferred.

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

• Good knowledge of food and beverages, or willingness to learn.

• Basic POS knowledge preferred.

• Good grooming and personal hygiene.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Punctual, reliable and responsible.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn from senior team members.

• Comfortable receiving feedback and improving continuously.

• Team player with a strong sense of hospitality.

• Comfortable working weekends and holidays.

### You’ll Stand Out If You Have

• Premium-casual or fine-dining experience.

• Italian/pasta or specialty coffee knowledge.

• Experience with upselling and guest recommendations.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Experience training or supporting junior team members.
