Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner
Present menus and explain daily specials to customers
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and drinks promptly
Check on customers to ensure satisfaction
Handle customer complaints professionally and inform the manager if needed
Prepare bills and process payments (cash/card/UPI)
Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and service areas
Follow hygiene and safety standards
Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant
