Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Waitress to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The candidate should ensure a pleasant dining experience by maintaining service standards, hygiene, and hospitality etiquette.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and beverages efficiently
Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged
Coordinate with kitchen and billing teams for smooth service
Handle guest queries and complaints politely
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area
Follow company grooming and service standards

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in restaurant/café service
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality with customer service attitude
Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends
Basic knowledge of POS billing is an added advantage

Preferred

Experience in bakery, café, or fine dining service
Immediate joiners preferred
