Position

Waiter / Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and seat customers with a friendly attitude.
Present the menu and assist guests in selecting dishes.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and the dining area.
Clear tables and reset them for new guests.
Coordinate with the kitchen and billing counter for smooth service.
Handle customer queries and resolve minor concerns politely.
Follow restaurant hygiene, food safety, and service standards.

- Basic knowledge of food service etiquette.
- Ability to remember menu items and daily specials.
