Operational duties

• Set and clear tables according to the establishment's standards.

• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure side stations are prepared.

• Handle payment and present bills to guests after their meal.

• Report any complaints or irregularities to management. 

Sales and promotion

• Upsell and promote food and beverage offers to maximize revenue.

• Build rapport with customers to encourage loyalty.

• Suggest and sell suitable products to guests. 

Food safety and hygiene

• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining experience.

• Ensure food and beverages are served safely and accurately.
