Food & Beverage Industry Location: Kongsi Tea Bar Store. Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Crew Member Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Prepare all Kongsi Tea Bar beverages as per standardized recipes (post-training) to ensure consistency in taste and quality.
Monitor inventory levels and restock ingredients and supplies as required. Operate the cash register accurately, adhering to proper cash-handling procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 6month to 1 year of professional experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
