We are looking for a polished and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our fine-dining team. The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional dining experience by delivering high-quality service, maintaining hospitality standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
Escort guests to their tables and present menus
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and specials
Ensure timely serving of food and beverages as per fine-dining standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas
Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
Ensure adherence to restaurant SOPs and service protocols
