Waiter

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

• Present menu, explain specials, and take food & beverage orders.

• Serve food and beverages as per service standards.

• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and polite service.

• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and escalate when required.

Operational Responsibilities:

• Set up tables, cutlery, glassware, and service stations as per SOP.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

• Assist in table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service flow.

• Support restaurant operations during peak hours.

• Ensure billing accuracy and coordinate with the cashier if needed.

Hygiene & Safety:

• Follow FSSAI and internal hygiene standards.

• Ensure cleanliness of workstations and dining areas.

• Comply with safety and sanitation protocols.

Team Coordination:

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

• Work collaboratively with the service team to achieve outlet goals.

• Attend daily briefings and training sessions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th pass or equivalent.

• Experience: 0–2 years in F&B service (freshers can also apply).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.

• Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure during busy hours.

• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards.
