F&B Associate – Roles & Responsibilities

1. Guest Service

• Greet and welcome guests warmly.

• Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to special requests or concerns.

2. Operational Duties

• Set up tables, dining areas, and service stations as per standards.

• Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.

• Assist in buffets, banquets, or in-room dining service as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, utensils, and equipment.

3. Team & Coordination

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

• Support senior staff and supervisors in daily operations.

• Report guest feedback, complaints, or issues promptly to the supervisor/manager.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
