• Supervise and lead the service team to ensure smooth and efficient floor operations.

• Ensure high standards of guest service, taking ownership of the guest experience from welcome to farewell.

• Take guest orders, make thoughtful menu and tea recommendations, and ensure timely and accurate service.

• Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and readiness of the dining area before and during service hours.

• Handle guest feedback, concerns, or complaints professionally and promptly.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and tea room team for seamless order execution.

• Ensure all service staff follow grooming, hygiene, and service standards.

• Assist in training new team members and conducting daily briefings.

• Support in maintaining inventory of service items, linen, and crockery.

• Maintain daily sales and service reports as required.
