Position: Apprentice – Guest Service Associate (GSA)

Department: Food & Beverage Services

Location: Shahabad, Hyderabad – Rajiv Gandhi International Airport

Shift Timings (Rotational):

• Morning: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Evening: 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Night: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

💰 Salary: ₹15,000/- per month

One Time Meal provided.

Key Responsibilities:

 Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

 Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.

 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at service counters and dining areas.

 Assist in food preparation, packaging, and presentation.

 Operate billing systems and handle cash/card transactions.

 Respond to guest queries and escalate issues when necessary.

 Support stock management and daily inventory checks.

 Follow airport safety, hygiene, and security protocols.

Eligibility:

 10th Pass (Minimum Qualification – As per NAPS Guidelines)

 Male & Female candidates welcome

 Freshers encouraged to apply – No experience required

 Age: 18 – 25 years

Document requirement: Passport.
