Prepare and Serve All Chaat Items (Pani Puri, Bhel, Ragda, Dahi Puri, Etc) As Per Standard Recipe and Presentation.

Refill All Items on Time — Chutneys, Puris, Sev, Onion, Masala, Etc.

Maintain Display and Garnish Items Neatly.\

Counter OperationsManage The Chaat Counter During Working Hours.

Set-up The Counter Before Service and Close it Properly After Service.

Handle Peak Time Service Efficiently with Speed and Accuracy.

Maintain a Positive and Calm Demeanor During Busy PeriodsEnsure the Counter and Dining Areas are Kept Clean and Organized.

Greet Customers in a Friendly and Welcoming Manner.

Follow Opening and Closing Checklist for the Counter.

Customer ServiceTake Customer Orders Politely and Serve Promptly.

Handle Customer Requests and Complaints Courteously.

Hygiene & CleanlinessMaintain cleanliness of the counter, utensils, and surrounding area.

Follow Food Safety and Hygiene Standards (Use Gloves, Hair Caps, Clean Apron)Stock HandlingCheck Daily Stock of Raw Materials and Inform the Supervisor About Shortages.

Avoid Wastage and Handle Ingredients Carefully.

Billing & Cash (if applicable)Assist with Billing or Collect Payment Accurately.

Hand Over Cash And Bills To The Supervisor At The End Of The Shift.

Equipment CareUse Chaat-Making Tools And Equipment Safely.

Report Any Damage or Maintenance Issues Immediately.

Compliance & DisciplineFollow Outlet Rules, Attendance, And Work Schedules.

Wear Proper Uniform and Maintain Personal Hygiene.

Key skills Basic Knowledge of Hygiene, Cleanliness, and Customer Service.

Should be Quick, Neat, and Polite.

Must be Able to Work in Shifts.
