Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a waiter, you will ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by taking accurate orders, delivering food and beverages promptly, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they arrive and guide them to their tables

• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff

• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner

• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns

• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses

• Clear dishes, clean tables, and reset them for the next customers

• Process customer bills and handle payments accurately

• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and coworkers
