Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Stewards to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner

• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., portions, ingredients, special dishes)

• Take accurate food and beverage orders

• Serve food and beverages promptly

• Ensure tables are clean and properly set

• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally

• Coordinate with kitchen and billing staff for smooth service

• Maintain hygiene and safety standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresher to 5 years of experience in restaurants, cafes, lounges, or hotels

• Basic communication skills (English preferred)

• Presentable and well-groomed personality

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Team player with a positive attitude
