We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional dining experience by providing timely and courteous service to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Greet and seat customers in a polite and professional manner
Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems or by hand
Serve food and beverages promptly
Check on customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
Clear tables, remove used dishes and utensils, and clean surfaces
Handle billing and payment processes accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
Follow all health and safety regulations
Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress preferred
Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent
Food handler certification (if required by local regulations)
