Job Title: Server/Waiter
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and serve guests: Escort guests to tables, take orders, and deliver food and beverages in a friendly and timely manner.
-Menu knowledge: Familiarize yourself with menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens to make informed recommendations.
-Order management: Accurately take orders, enter them into the POS system, and communicate special requests to kitchen staff.
-Customer satisfaction: Ensure a positive dining experience by checking on customers regularly and addressing concerns promptly.
-Payment processing: Handle payments, process transactions, and return change.
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments and operating a POS system.
