Job Description

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

  • Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when needed.

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

  • Serve food and drinks promptly and as per restaurant standards.

  • Ensure tables are clean, set, and properly arranged at all times.

  • Attend to guest needs, check on table satisfaction, and resolve concerns immediately.

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth operations.

  • Maintain hygiene and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.

  • Process bills and handle cash/card payments.

  • Support the team during peak hours and assist in closing/opening duties.
