Waiter

The Office Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the office, supporting basic administrative tasks, and assisting office staff as needed. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms

• Serve tea/coffee/snacks to staff and guests as required

• Handle internal document movement and delivery

• Assist with photocopying, filing, and basic clerical work

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office pantry and equipment

• Run small errands such as collecting office supplies or parcels

• Provide general support to visitors and staff

• Help in setting up meeting rooms and conference areas

• Support during office events or staff gatherings

Key Skills

• Basic reading and writing skills (minimum 12th pass preferred)

• Polite, punctual, and trustworthy

• Physically fit and energetic

• Ability to take instructions and work independently

• Neat and presentable appearance

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
