Waiter

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused F&B Associate (Waiter) to join our food and beverage service team. The ideal candidate should ensure excellent guest experience through attentive and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner

• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients)

• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally

• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the service

• Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and politely

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards as per company policy

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Hotel Management diploma preferred)

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B service is an advantage

• Good communication skills and a pleasant personality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong customer service orientation

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
