Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as a Housekeeping/Dishwasher. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, kitchen, and surrounding areas, as well as ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, glasses, and kitchen equipment.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and workstations.

Dispose of garbage and maintain waste management procedures.

Assist kitchen staff in organizing and storing supplies and ingredients.

Clean and restock restrooms and dining areas as needed.

Follow all safety and hygiene standards set by the restaurant.

Support the housekeeping of the restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning.

Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
