🍽️ Waiter / Captain – Karma Sheesha & Restaurant, Chembur

Karma Sheesha & Restaurant is looking for energetic, well-groomed and customer-focused Waiters and Captains to join our growing team.

Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist guests professionally

• Take food, beverage and sheesha orders accurately

• Serve food and drinks efficiently

• Ensure excellent customer experience and guest satisfaction

• Maintain cleanliness and table setup standards

• Handle customer requests and resolve basic concerns politely

• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

• Upsell menu items, beverages and special offers

Requirements: ✅ Minimum 1 year experience (Waiter)

✅ Minimum 2 years experience (Captain)

✅ Good communication skills

✅ Positive attitude and team player

✅ Ability to work evening and late-night shifts

✅ Experience in restaurant, lounge or sheesha café preferred
