Waiter

• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas (dining hall, kitchen back-areas, service counters).

• Assist with setting up tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc.

• Clear used plates, glasses, cutlery from tables and return items to service areas or dishwashing.

• Support the kitchen staff by stacking, washing, and organizing dishes, pans, kitchen utensils.

• Ensure stock of service items (napkins, condiments, tableware) is replenished.

• Assist with food & beverage service when required (e.g. carrying trays, serving water).

• Adhere to health & safety & hygiene protocols (e.g. Food Safety Standards, Cleanup procedures).

• Report repair/maintenance needs of equipment or facility to supervisor.

• Follow proper waste disposal, segregation, recycling policies.

• Assist with inventory, receiving, and storing of service supplies and equipment.
