Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused waiter/steward to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and explain food and beverage items.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks promptly according to company standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier to ensure smooth service.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards.
Assist in opening and closing restaurant duties.
Upsell menu items and promote ongoing offers where applicable.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience as a waiter/steward (freshers with good communication can also apply).
Basic communication skills in Hindi; English is an added advantage.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Team player with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of restaurant service etiquette.
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
Quick learner with good time management.
Neat grooming and professional appearance.

Qualifications

Minimum: 10th Grade Pass.
Hotel management certification is an added advantage.
