Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

  • Take customer orders and ensure accurate billing/POS transactions.

  • Serve food, beverages, bakery and café products as per company standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper grooming at the outlet.

  • Support food preparation, packing and presentation as required.

  • Ensure proper display and replenishment of products.

  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.

  • Follow FSSAI, food safety and company SOPs.

  • Support the team in smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.

  • Maintain a positive, energetic and team-oriented work environment.

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

  • Presentable, polite and enthusiastic.

  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and on holidays.
