Job Description:
Délifrance is looking for a well-groomed, confident and customer-focused Team Member / Server to join our team at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and interact with customers in a warm and professional manner.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Take customer orders accurately using POS and ensure smooth order processing.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable menu items.
Explain the menu, products and croissants to customers.
Actively promote upselling and cross-selling of products.
Ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.
Handle customer queries and requests politely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards at the outlet.
Coordinate with the kitchen and team for timely service.
Candidate Profile:
Pleasant and confident personality.
Good spoken communication skills.
Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of POS and order taking.
Ability to understand customer needs and suggest menu items.
Prior experience in F&B, cafés, restaurants or QSR will be preferred.
Presentable, well-groomed and comfortable working in a premium mall environment.
