Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables

  • Present menus and provide detailed information on food & beverage items

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar

  • Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously

  • Ensure table setup and clearance as per service standards

  • Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints politely

  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, and equipment

  • Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel/restaurant SOPs

  • Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations

  • Assist in billing and ensure correct settlement when required

    Qualification & Experience

    • Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass

    • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

    • Prior hotel or restaurant experience preferred
