Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables
Present menus and provide detailed information on food & beverage items
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
Ensure table setup and clearance as per service standards
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints politely
Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, and equipment
Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel/restaurant SOPs
Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations
Assist in billing and ensure correct settlement when required
Qualification & Experience
Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
Prior hotel or restaurant experience preferred
