Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests as per fine dining standards.
Ensure proper table setup, table clearing, and mise-en-place before service.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming standards at all times.
Assist in serving food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
Have good menu knowledge and explain dishes to guests when required.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely and professionally.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Follow SOPs and service etiquette of fine dining restaurants.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant/hotel.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Well-groomed and presentable personality.
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
