Guest Service & GreetingGuests ka swagat karna aur unhe table tak escort karna.Dining area mein hamesha active rehna taaki guest ki zaroorat ko turant pura kiya ja sake.Menu ki poori knowledge rakhna taaki guest ko dishes ke baare mein samjha saken.2. Order Taking & ServingGuest se order lena aur use KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) mein sahi se enter karna.Khana aur drinks ko kitchen/bar se lakar table par professional tareeke se serve karna.Service ke dauran hygiene aur etiquette (shishtachar) ka dhyan rakhna.3. Table Management (Mise-en-place)Table ki Set-up karna (cutlery, crockery, aur glassware lagana).Khana khatam hone ke baad gandi plates hatana (Clearing) aur table ko dubara ready karna (Resetting).Side-stations ko refill karna (salt, pepper, napkins, etc.).4. Up-selling & CoordinationGuests ko appetizers, desserts, ya mehange drinks suggest karke restaurant ki sales badhana (Up-selling).Kitchen staff ke saath coordinate karna taaki order mein deri na ho.5. Maintenance & HygieneApne assigned area ki saaf-safai ka pura dhyan rakhna.Personal grooming standards ko follow karna (Saaf uniform, polished shoes, aur groomed look).
