Job Title: Team Member
Industry: QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Team Members to join our growing QSR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders and ensure accurate order processing.
Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and work area.
Follow food safety and operational SOPs.
Handle billing and cash transactions, if assigned.
Support the team in ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
Maintain proper stock and inform the manager about any shortages.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve basic customer concerns.
Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
