Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menu information when required.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure tables are properly set before service and cleared after guests leave.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restaurant equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Assist in replenishing cutlery, crockery, condiments, and other service supplies.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Support inventory checks and stock management as assigned.
Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10th Pass / Higher Secondary education preferred.
Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality establishments is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and local languages.
