🔹 Key Responsibilities :-

• Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers with seating and service.

  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.

  • Handle customer queries and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.

• Dining Area Management

  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and service areas.

  • Set up tables with cutlery, glasses, and napkins before service.

  • Clear tables after customers leave and reset for the next guests.

• Kitchen & Service Support

  • Assist chefs and baristas with food preparation and delivery.

  • Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, and glassware.

  • Restock supplies and support inventory management.

• Hygiene & Safety

  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.

  • Adhere to café/restaurant safety protocols.

🔹 Required Skills & Competencies :-

• Customer Service Skills → Polite, attentive, and service‑oriented.

• Teamwork → Ability to coordinate with kitchen, barista, and service staff.

• Attention to Detail → Ensuring tables and service areas are always neat.

• Time Management → Handling multiple tasks during peak hours.

• Basic Communication → Conversational Hindi/English for customer interaction.

🔹 Qualifications :-

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior café/restaurant experience preferred .

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
