Clean dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and service items.
Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, restaurant, and store area.
Assist waiters and service staff during service time.

Support kitchen staff in basic work if required.
Follow hotel hygiene and safety rules.
Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
