Job Summary

The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and escort them to their tables.

• Present menus and explain menu items when required.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders.

• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.

• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with meals.

• Handle billing and payments.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct orders are served.

• Follow hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverages.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional appearance and behavior.

• Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
