Job Summary
The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and escort them to their tables.
Present menus and explain menu items when required.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with meals.
Handle billing and payments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct orders are served.
Follow hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements

Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality is preferred.
