Job Description

We are looking for a Steward to join our team at Thank Gourd Restaurant to provide excellent dining service to the guests.
Key responsibilities:

Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages as per restaurant standards
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service areas
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service operations
Follow hygiene, grooming, and service standards at all times
Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant
Handle bills and payments when required
Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
