Steward

We are looking for a Steward to join our team at Sunrise Consultancy to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 and a friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist them in seating.

• Take accurate/correct food and beverage orders.

• Serve dishes in a timely and courteous manner.

• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.

• Respond to guest queries or requests.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.

• Set up and clear tables for guests.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 6 years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.

1. Guest Service.

 Serve food and beverages as per standards.

 Assist guests with seating, service needs, and general queries.

 Maintain professional grooming and courtesy at all times.

2. Event Setup & Maintenance

 Prepare tables, counters, cutlery, and equipment before events.

 Support setup of buffets, live counters, and service stations.

 Maintain cleanliness in service areas and ensure proper closing after events

3. Coordination

 Assist Captains in replenishment of buffet and service stations.

 Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely pickup/delivery of food.

 Follow SOPs, hygiene rules, and safety regulations.
