• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

• Present menus and explain food & beverage offerings.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.

• Serve food and beverages as per service standards.

• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Service Operations

• Set up tables, stations, and service areas before service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas.

• Handle billing and payment processes accurately.

• Clear tables and reset for the next guests.

• Follow sequence of service and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Hygiene & Safety

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.

• Ensure compliance with HACCP and hotel hygiene policies.

• Maintain personal cleanliness and proper uniform.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.

• Assist colleagues during peak hours.

• Attend daily briefings and training sessions.

Upselling & Revenue

• Promote specials, combos, and high-margin items.

• Suggest beverages and desserts to enhance guest experience.

• Support revenue targets through effective selling.

Skills & Competencies
