Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service
Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide information about show timings, seat availability, and ongoing promotions.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
2. Box Office / Ticketing
Operate the ticketing system for movie ticket sales, cancellations, and reservations.
Ensure accuracy in cash handling and maintain proper sales records.
3. Food & Beverage Counter (Concessions)
Prepare and serve food & beverages as per company standards.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the counter.
Handle billing and ensure correct cash/card transactions.
4. Ushering and Auditorium Management
Check tickets and guide guests to their seats.
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the auditorium before every show.
Maintain decorum and assist guests during emergencies or issues.
5. Safety & Cleanliness
Follow fire, safety, and hygiene protocols of the cinema.
Support in maintaining all operational and safety checklists.

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
0–2 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service industry
Freshers are welcome
