Job responsibilities:

Booking & Issuance of movie tickets accurately using the POS system.

Provide information on movie schedules, offers, and promotions.

Serve food and beverages as per quality standards.

Upsell combos, snacks, and beverages.

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.

Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.

Ensure proper billing and cash reconciliation at the end of the shift.

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth cinema operations.

Participate in training sessions and daily briefings.
