· Greet guests warmly and present menus professionally
· Inform guests about specials and changes in the menu
· Suggest and upsell food and beverages to enhance guest experience
· Accurately take food and beverage orders on POS/order pads
· Ensure special dietary instructions are noted and communicated properly (e.g., no garlic, less spicy, eggless)
· Fill in for absent team members when required
· Respond to guest queries and ensure guest needs are met promptly
· Coordinate with runners, bar, and kitchen for timely service
· Serve food and beverages in the correct course order
· Observe guest reactions and ensure satisfaction with food and service
· Offer desserts and drinks, refill beverages, clear tables, and replenish cutlery
· Prepare and serve mixed drinks and wine following proper service techniques
· Maintain grooming and hygiene standards as per company policy
· Be knowledgeable about resort services to assist and guide guests
· Assist in other areas such as answering phones or processing transactions
· Support and guide new staff members for smooth onboarding
