Job Overview:
We are hiring a well-mannered and professional Steward with prior experience in restaurants or hotels. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic English knowledge, and a strong understanding of customer service and hospitality etiquette.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining areas
Assist guests with menu selection and answer basic queries
Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
Handle customer requests and concerns politely
Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
Required Skills:
Basic to good English speaking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good grooming and presentable personality
Knowledge of hospitality etiquette and behavior
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Qualifications:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass
2–4 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, or similar hospitality roles
