Job Description

Take orders and serve food and drinks.
Show the menu and help customers with their queries.
Handle bills and ensure customers are happy.
Set up and clear tables.

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area.

Refill pantry supplies like tea, coffee, sugar, and milk.

Keep meeting rooms clean and ready before and after meetings.

Serve refreshments during meetings when required.

Clean common areas such as reception, corridors, and waiting zones.

Dust and wipe furniture, workstations, and surfaces daily.

Welcome guests and offer water or beverages.

Assist with small office errands, such as internal document delivery.

Monitor and report pantry and cleaning supply stock.

Dispose of garbage regularly and maintain waste hygiene.

Follow office cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols.
