Job Description

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and assist guests with food & beverage choices.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and service etiquette.
Refill water, beverages, and attend to guest needs throughout their dining experience.
Set up tables with cutlery, glassware, napkins, and condiments before service.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and serving equipment.
Clear plates, glassware, and used items quickly and efficiently after each course.
Ensure tables are reset immediately for the next guests.
Coordinate with kitchen teams to deliver smooth and timely service.
Handle guest complaints politely and report major concerns to the supervisor.
Maintain hygiene standards, including proper grooming and wearing clean uniforms.
Manage billing, present checks, and process payments when required.
Restock service stations with cutlery, condiments, and other supplies.
Ensure adherence to restaurant SOPs, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Helping prepare banquet or event equipment before and after functions.
