Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking, well-groomed, and service-oriented Steward to join our team at La Mansion. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the service area.
Key Responsibilities
Serve food and beverages to guests professionally and efficiently.
Set up tables, arrange cutlery, crockery, and glassware before service.
Attend to guest requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors for smooth service.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Handle crockery, cutlery, and service equipment carefully.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Steward or in hotel, restaurant, or banquet service is preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Presentable appearance and professional behavior.
Ability to work in a team and manage tasks efficiently.
Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience.
