Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and service-oriented Steward to provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and support smooth restaurant operations. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks to customers on time.
Ensure tables are clean and properly set.
Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns.
Follow hygiene and safety standards.
Support team members during busy hours.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th/12th pass (Hospitality background preferred)2–4 years of experience in restaurant/hotel service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
