Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic, guest-focused, and enthusiastic Servers to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining and entertainment experiences by providing prompt, friendly, and attentive service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Recommend menu items, promotions, and entertainment offerings to enhance the guest experience.

• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining service standards.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

• Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections.

• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and game floor teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service environment preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
