KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating.

• Attend to guest requests promptly.

• Maintain grooming standards and polite conduct.

B. Service Operations

• Set tables with cutlery, glassware, and linen.

• Serve food & beverages as per service standards.

• Clear tables and maintain dining area cleanliness.

• Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and closing.

C. Hygiene & Cleanliness

• Keep service stations, pantry, and restaurant areas clean.

• Polish cutlery, crockery, and glassware.

• Follow FSSAI hygiene and safety guidelines.

D. Coordination

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service.

• Support seniors during peak hours and events.

• Assist with mise-en-place and daily preparation tasks.

E. Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety protocols and SOPs.

• Report maintenance or hazard issues.

• Comply with company policies.
