Greet and assist guests in a polite and professional manner
Serve food and beverages as per service standards
Take orders accurately and communicate with kitchen staff
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and organized
Clear tables and maintain hygiene standards at all times
Assist in setting up the restaurant before service (mise en place)
Handle guest queries and resolve basic concerns
Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Support senior staff like Captain / Supervisor when required
